Dr. Sabrina Watson, an Educational Consultant and a Youth Relations Coach, is a powerhouse advocate for ​Positive Youth Development and Family Life Strategies. Her visionary approach bridges the gap between theory ​and practice, evident in her work with colleges, public schools, youth leaders, and parents. Specializing in forging ​developmental relationships in academic and organizational settings, Dr. Watson has a keen focus on activating ​the potential in young people, especially from marginalized communities, to advance equity and unlock ​opportunities.


Her profound understanding of today's youth and what drives them to succeed sets her apart as a trusted ​advisor to educators, youth leaders, CEOs of Generation Z, and parents alike. She founded the Future of Children ​Network nonprofit, and she leads Dr. Sabrina Watson & Associates LLC, offering her expertise through consulting, ​training, and workshops aimed at enhancing youth performance across classrooms, homes, and workplaces.


Dr. Watson's unique approach is rooted in her personal experiences as an award-winning educator, and a single ​mother raising two children in the face of adversity after the untimely death of their father.

Holding a B.S. in Psychology, an MA in Teaching & Early Childhood Development, and a Ph.D. in Family Studies and ​Intervention Strategies, Dr. Watson's dedication and visionary approach have not only positioned her as a key ​figure in her field but as a catalyst for change, impacting the lives of many and fostering the well-being and ​success of future generations.
